The meals served in our restaurant by Chef Eveline Halter and his team are based exclusively on carefully selected fresh, high-quality ingredients, prepared with a great deal of attention to detail.
Savour a delectable beef tartare prepared at your table. Or classics such as a double entrecôte for two served with béarnaise sauce, succulent Zürcher Geschnetzeltes (Zurich-style sautéed veal ragout) or veal bratwurst served with onion sauce. The menu also includes specialities such as Lozärner Chügelipastetli (pastries filled with small meat balls), Älplermagronen (Swiss maccaroni and cheese) and cheese fondue.
