For the first time, the terrace of the Hotel Waldstätterhof Lucerne is being transformed into a small, atmospheric Christmas getaway during the Advent season—right next to the Lucerne train station. With fir trees, twinkling lights, and winter decorations, a festive atmosphere takes shape, perfect for special Christmas celebrations right in the heart of the city.
Complimentary mulled wine reception for groups
All Christmas guests start with a festive mulled wine reception, which is included in the package for pre-booked Christmas parties and is on us.
For groups of up to 30 people, the reception takes place outdoors on our decorated terrace—surrounded by Christmas trees and string lights. For larger groups, the reception is served indoors, in an equally cozy atmosphere.

After the aperitif, enjoy your personally selected three-course meal from Restaurant Gleis 1. Our kitchen specializes in homemade dishes made with regional ingredients that appeal to both traditional and modern palates.
