Nexhmije has been going full steam ahead in the hotel kitchen for two decades, and we want to say THANK YOU

This week, we had the pleasure of celebrating a very special anniversary: Our dear colleague Nexhmije has been an indispensable part of our team for 20 years. Two decades of dedication, loyalty, and daily commitment—this fills us with great pride and gratitude.

In an industry like ours, where change is part of everyday life, such a long-standing partnership is anything but a given. That is all the more reason why it is important to us not to simply let such anniversaries pass by, but to consciously celebrate and honor them.

Nexhmije has not only been part of major milestones such as the hotel expansion in 2012 and the renovation in 2023, but she continues to shape our daily hotel operations to this day. She’s usually the first one on the premises, arriving as early as 6 a.m. In the kitchen, she makes sure our guests can start their day with a warm breakfast. For her anniversary, we chose a card that immediately reminded us of her: colorful, vibrant, and cheerful—just like Nexhmije herself.
