
Starting today, July 2, 2025, we’ll be serving our new summer evening menu at Restaurant Gleis 1 in Lucerne—fresh, seasonal, and crafted with great attention to detail.
Our kitchen team, led by Executive Chef Christoph Grauert, has retained tried-and-true classics and complemented them with summery highlights. For example, our popular Fritschi pâté remains a staple on the menu, as do our specialties available by advance order: the 1-kilogram Porterhouse steak to share or the whole Swiss pikeperch in a salt crust.
New additions include summery creations such as the fresh tomato and nectarine salad with Entlebucher burrata as an appetizer, or the grilled cauliflower on a bed of potato purée as a vegetarian main course—personally recommended by the chef.
